The Spa had a lovely atmosphere. Tranquil and relaxing. I felt at ease as soon as I walked inside. Michelle and Kristin were very welcoming and accommodating. Kirstyn was amazing. She explained her process thoroughly and ensured the experience was as enjoyable as possible. She was very knowledgeable and considerate. If I could give her 100 stars I would. Thank you for making our visit so astounding!

I had amazing experience during my lymphodrainage massage and reiki. Both masters here great and professional! Very chill atmosphere and welcoming stuff. They also have infrared sauna that I use to prevent getting sick

I had a relaxing experience from the time I entered. My masseuse, Dayja (?), was wonderful. Very customer-focused. She was open to adjusting pressure and modifying if need be but I trusted her expertise and was rewarded. The receptionist was friendly and calming. She has a voice that could be a massage in and of itself. I'm jealous. Left with a future appointment.

I feel so fortunate to have found SoulSpace. I have had many massages in my life, but by far my experience here has been the best I've ever had! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. I have signed up for their monthly massages and I'm so looking forward to this self care each month for myself. Do yourself a favor and do the same ♥️

Such a wonderful haven in the midst of downtown Pineville! This was a gift from my daughter, and it will inspire me to become a regular visitor! Ena was my massage therapist and she was both masterful and careful, with the perfect touch!

WOW, WOW,WOW! This SPA really exceeded my expectations I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage that was done by Denise .Denise was very good I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner that was very nice and has a warm loving spirit . The spa was clean and very beautifully decorated. I will be coming back. Thank you for my experience

I love this place! This is my second massage with Ellissa Ratchford and she is the absolute best. Her hands magically melt away the tension, stress, and knots out of your body. She is very intuitive and knows exactly when to apply more pressure and when to linger in a particular spot. Elissa is gifted at her craft and a true healer!

I just had the most incredible deep tissue massage at this spa and I feel like a feather! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so warm, peaceful, and welcoming—the decor, candles, and water features make it such a calming escape. My therapist was amazing, really attentive to what I needed, and I walked out completely refreshed and relaxed. They don’t just do massages—they also offer facials, spa services, and many other treatments, and they even accept HSA/FSA payments which is such a bonus! If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind and be well taken care of, this is the spot. Ask for Tatiana 🤗she is 👌
